Acceptance
By creating a ViSE account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of Service
ViSE is a personal evolution measurement tool intended for individual use. You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of manual log entries.
Data Accuracy
HQI scores are computed algorithmically from connected data sources. ViSE does not make claims about the absolute accuracy of scores. Scores are intended as directional indicators for personal growth, not as official credentials.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. ViSE uses OAuth for authentication and does not store passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Service Availability
ViSE is provided "as is" without warranty of uptime or availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Your data will be exportable for 30 days following any service discontinuation notice.
Limitation of Liability
Ivirth Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ViSE. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months (if any).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
